POLICIES / CONTRACT Welcome to Plattsburgh Flower Market!
We hope to do your wedding flowers and help make your day as special as possible.
Terms: Payments
must be in Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover, or check.
Booking your wedding: To book your wedding and get on our calendar, we require
at least a 3 month notice and a $50 deposit plus tax. This deposit goes toward your wedding flowers at the date of your
wedding, but is not refundable should you cancel for any reason at any time.
Required Deposits: At 1 month prior to the wedding, your flowers are to be 100%
paid in full in a one time payment. Additional pieces will be accepted but not guaranteed, because flowers have already been
ordered. We will use our professional discretion to match as close as possible the color and style of the additional pieces.
Changes to pieces in the custom wedding order cannot be made.
Canceling your Wedding: We understand this is a custom order and
understand if payment is not made in full one month prior to the wedding date, this contract is cancelled and deposit forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the wedding date will receive no refund. Cancellations made 30 days or more
prior to the wedding date will receive a refund on monies paid, less non-refundable $50 deposit. All cancellations must be
made in person by bride or groom.
Details: Please do not hesitate to voice all your questions and concerns; communication is
very important in our business. We want to create your wedding flowers just as you have pictured them.
